This is how you build with AI.

We've been building AI for seven years. For one day, we show how our team works - what holds up, what doesn't. And engineering leaders from Poland's biggest companies lay their cards on the table alongside us.

Why we created PROD

“In AI, no one has twenty years of experience. The edge comes from how many attempts you've made - and we've made more than most. I believe that how Poland plays AI will decide where we stand for decades to come. PROD is our move in that game: we lay our own lessons on the table, so everyone at that table learns faster.”

Does this sound like you?

PROD is for people responsible for developing and deploying AI across their organization, regardless of job title.

The board gave you the mandate.

They said, “We’re implementing AI,” and now everyone is looking at you. There is a budget and high expectations, but no playbook.

You own production.

What looks impressive in a demo still has to run reliably at 5:00 PM on Friday, on systems built a decade ago.

You need to prove the impact.

Sooner or later, someone will ask what impact those licenses and agents have had on delivery speed and quality. You need stronger evidence than a satisfaction survey.

One shared stage.
Two tracks in the afternoon.

A morning of inspiration. In the afternoon, two parallel tracks packed with practical detail.

01

Leadership track

Building an AI-native organization. Rethinking hiring. Measuring ROI. Running performance reviews.

02

Technical track

AI-native product development. How to test, deploy, and secure it.

On the agenda:

The full agenda will be published closer to the event.

01

If AI cannot see it, it does not exist

Why AI rollouts stall and what organizations need to rebuild.

02

Opening the books

What we know about the cost, adoption, and impact of AI, and what we still cannot measure.

03

Evals are the new unit tests

How to evaluate AI system behavior before and after deployment.

04

What we let AI write and what we keep off-limits

Spec-driven development and the boundaries of agent autonomy.

05

Text-to-SQL against a real banking data warehouse schema

AI in a regulated environment with confidential data and a complete audit trail.

06

Live hack: prompt injection in CI/CD

A live attack and its practical implications for organizations.

07

Roundtables: Bring your challenge

Roundtable discussions on problems another keynote will not solve.

This is not another day of talks about AI's potential.

You will leave every session with something concrete: a clear takeaway, a decision, or a direct connection to someone who has solved a similar problem.

Real systems, numbers, and failures

Every speaker is a proven practitioner we have vetted, or one of us. No panels that go nowhere.

AI in action

We demonstrate what holds up in real-world conditions and explain why. We also share what failed.

Live benchmark

Throughout the day, attendees anonymously share data on the state of AI in their organizations. We present the results at the end of the day. Participants receive the full PROD Report first.

Bring your challenge

Closed-door roundtables under the Chatham House Rule. ROI, legacy systems, shadow AI, team resistance, and build vs. buy. Bring your problem and leave with a solution that has already worked elsewhere.
